Why am I not seeing the Live Chat on Batch dashboard?

Live Chat might not be available anymore when you are connected to the dashboard. Here is how to enable it:

You are not able to use our Live Chat to contact our support team?

If you can't access the Live Chat anymore when connected on Batch dashboard, here are two reasons and their solutions:

You did not authorize Batch to start the Live Chat.

  • First, go to your dashboard.

  • Click on your name on the bottom left of the screen

  • Go to Manage Cookie Preferences

  • Select Marketing (or All) and Save.

  • Refresh the page: the Live Chat is back

You are using an Adblocker (e.g. Ghostery, etc) that blocks our Live Chat solution.

  • Disable your ad blocker and refresh the page.
