There are several points you should check if Batch doesn't show on the dashboard the new attributes, tags or events you are tracking:

1. Hidden custom data
Newly tracked attributes, tags and events are hidden by default on the Userbase tab and in the push / In-App campaign creation form.

You will need to manually display them from the dashboard settings > "Custom data" tab.

2. Integration issue
If the data doesn't appear in the dashboard settings, make sure you selected the right app. You should also use the debug tool (Settings > Debug) to see the list of attributes, tags and events Batch received from your device.

If the data is still missing, we recommend you check the logs of your app to find the issue.
