Why cannot I save or send my push/In-App campaign?

There are several points you should check if the "Send", "Update" or "Save as a Draft" button is greyed.

The first thing you need to do is to see if the dashboard is showing errors in the top right corner of it. Here are some suggestions to find the issue:

1. Missing campaign title

Make sure you have set a title for your push or In-App campaign.

2. Missing or wrong sending date

Please check the sending date of your push campaign, and ensure the date you have specified is not in the past.

3. Missing content

If you cannot save your campaign, some content may still be missing:

  1. Localized version: Make sure you have a description for all the localized versions of your push and Mobile Landing.

  2. A/B testing: A description may be missing for one of the versions of your push notification.

  3. Mobile Landing: A description, an image or the deeplink of a button may be missing.
