This page provides an overview of the profiles in Batch. It shows how many have an email address, a mobile app/web, or a phone number attached for example.

Here are the definitions of the metrics displayed:

  • total profiles: number of profiles on Batch

  • identified: number of profiles with a Custom ID

  • profiles with email address: number of profiles with an email address

  • with a mobile app: number of profiles with at least one mobile installation

  • with a web browser: number of profiles with at least one web installation

  • profiles with phone number: number of profiles with a phone number

Channels

For each channel you use, see the number of profiles opt-in to it with the Subscription and New Subscription chart.

Subscriptions

This section provides a breakdown of profiles according to their:

  • iOS, Android, or Web push subscription status, based on the total number of profiles eligible for push notification subscriptions.

  • Marketing email subscription status, based on the total number of profiles with an email address.

  • Marketing SMS subscription status, based on the total number of profiles with a phone number.

New subscriptions

Here you can get a glimpse of the daily count of new push notification subscriptions over the past 30 days.

Email

  • Subscribed: profiles who have explicitly given their consent to receive marketing emails. You can send them both transactional and marketing emails.

  • Unsubscribed: profiles who have opted out of receiving marketing emails. You can send them transactional emails only.

Unsubscriptions are automatically tracked when a user clicks on an unsubscribe link in your email.

  • Never subscribed: profiles who have shared an email address with you, such as during the creation of a user account, but did not subscribe to marketing emails. You can send them transactional emails only.

Push

Push view can be filtered by OS:

  • Subscribed: profiles who have opted-in to receive push notifications.

  • Unsubscribed: profiles who have opted out of receiving push notifications.

SMS

And follow the evolution of the subscription with a 30-day lookback view:

  • Subscribed: profiles who have explicitly given their consent to receive marketing SMS. You can send them both transactional and marketing SMS.

  • Unsubscribed: profiles who have opted out of receiving marketing SMS. You can send them transactional SMS only.

Unsubscriptions are automatically tracked when a user unsubscribes from SMS using a STOP code.

  • Never subscribed: profiles who have shared a phone number with you, such as during the creation of a user account, but did not subscribe to marketing SMS. You can send them transactional SMS only.
