Push App / Web Push

Basic Analytics

Understanding the results of a push campaign is key to analyzing the performance of a message.

The campaign list gives you basic information on all your push campaigns:

  • Sent: The total amount of sent push notifications. This number is updated every few minutes.

  • Open rate: The percentage of users who opened your notification directly (by clicking on it) or indirectly (by opening the app in the following 3 hours).

Advanced Analytics

If you want to see more detailed stats about a specific push campaign, you can click on the campaign list.

The available statistics here:

  • Target: Total number of installations that meet your campaign's conditions.

  • Sent: Total amount of push notifications sent.

  • Bounced: Total number of notifications Apple or Google couldn't deliver because of other errors.

  • Opened: Direct opens + influenced opens.

  • Open rate: Total of opened notifications (direct + influenced) / Total of notifications sent to users who accepted push notifications and are not in the imported segment.

  • Direct opens: Total number of users who have received and directly open the push.

  • Influenced opens: Total number of users who have received the push and opened the app/website in the 3 hours following.

  • Reengage: Users who received the notification and became engaged 3 days after receiving it.

  • Opt-ins: Notifications sent to users who were opt-in to push notifications when the campaign targeted them.

  • Opt-out: Notifications sent to users who were not opt-in to push notifications when the campaign targeted them.

  • Imported: Notifications sent to imported users (more information here).

  • Dev API key: Notifications sent for installations on the Dev API Key (only relevant for apps using the legacy DEV Key and Live API Key. You can ignore that if you don't have a Dev API Key on your dashboard).

Note: For the recurring campaigns, you have access to a statistics view in the time, since the launch of your campaign until today’s date.

You can also choose a custom date range in the date picker.
