You can't use our Live Chat to contact our support team?
If you can't access the Live Chat anymore when connected on the Batch dashboard, here are two reasons and their solutions:
You did not authorize Batch to start the Live Chat.
First, go to your dashboard.
Click on your name in the corner of the screen
Go to Manage Cookie Preferences
Select Marketing and Save.
Refresh the page: the Live Chat is back
You are using an Adblocker (e.g. Ghostery, etc) that blocks our Live Chat solution.
Disable your ad blocker and refresh the page.
